Returns


If you have had a change of mind, or if your product is faulty, you are able to submit a request for a return or exchange. 

Returns Process:

1. Send return or exchange request through our contact us page with further details of your request.

2. Once you have submitted your request and it has been approved, we’ll advise you of return address details to send back your item.
3. Once we confirm the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue the refund or exchange

At The LibR8ed, we are dedicated to providing quality goods and services to our customers. We hope you love what you have ordered, but if it isn’t correct, please let us know.

18. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition at time of delivery.  If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.


19. We also undertake to exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused with the original packaging included with all labels attached with no sign of wear/usage and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange or refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange or refund is entirely at your cost and risk. Once your return is received and it is deemed as unused/unworn, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. Any “FINAL SALE” marked items are not subject to our usual return policy. We will not refund any additional taxes or duties charged on international orders.

 

20. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase excluding packaging and postage charges.
